By accessing, creating an account, browsing our website, generating a digital catalog, or using any storefront hosting services provided by PyWorks (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement. You affirm that you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Contract Act, 1872 and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, and that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
PyWorks provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables independent merchants to build, customize, and host interactive digital storefront catalogs ("Merchant Stores").
Technical Intermediary Safe Harbor: PyWorks operates strictly as an independent technical infrastructure provider and host under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA). PyWorks is not an online retailer, marketplace seller, reseller, consignee, or auctioneer. PyWorks does not hold, store, manufacture, verify, inspect, pack, ship, or process physical goods displayed on Merchant Stores.

Each Merchant Store operates within a secure, logically isolated database architecture protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. You agree not to circumvent, probe, test, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise these tenant boundaries.
PyWorks offers free tiers ("Starter") and paid feature tiers ("Pro", "Business") providing advanced design controls, custom domain mapping, and higher catalog limits:
STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: Because PyWorks provisions instant, non-tangible digital software licenses, server capacity, and cloud hosting infrastructure immediately upon transaction verification, all subscription plan payments, plan upgrades, and invoice payments are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds, cooling-off refunds, or refunds for partial billing cycles or buyer's remorse.

To request a trace on an erroneous transaction, you must email support@pyworks.pk within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction date with full transaction receipts and Safepay tracking IDs. Verified overcharges or duplicate debits are refunded directly to the original payment instrument within 5 to 7 business days.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. Prohibited content and practices include, without limitation:
ABSOLUTE ERADICATION RIGHT: PyWorks reserves the absolute unilateral right to immediately and permanently suspend, disable, or delete ("eradicate") any Merchant Store, associated catalog data, media assets, and user accounts without prior warning, notice, or opportunity to cure, and with zero entitlement to refund of any fees paid, upon receiving credible evidence of illegal conduct, fraud, or violation of this Agreement.

All commercial transactions conducted between you (the Merchant) and buyers browsing your storefront are strictly bilateral agreements between you and your customer:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES, PLATFORM INFRASTRUCTURE, STOREFRONT HOSTING, BUILDER TOOLS, AND TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. PYWORKS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, TIMELY, CONTINUOUS, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY STOREFRONT DEFECTS OR EDGE SERVER LATENCIES WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PYWORKS, ITS FOUNDER, SOLE PROPRIETOR, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR TECHNICAL PARTNERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, SALES REVENUE, COMMERCIAL GOODWILL, BUSINESS REPUTATION, USE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, SERVER DOWNTIME, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR STORE ERADICATION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF PYWORKS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PYWORKS TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PYWORKS FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIVE THOUSAND PAKISTANI RUPEES (PKR 5,000), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PyWorks, its owner, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or related to:
This Agreement, its interpretation, validity, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
The parties irrevocably agree that the competent civil courts situated in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PyWorks regarding the Services, superseding any prior written or oral agreements.
